Everything for a Fun Stay
5/5 The condo is exactly as advertised. Best location for beach, restaurants shopping and nightlife access. The unit is very clean and it has everything we might have wanted to enjoy the beach. Chairs and boogie boards were very much appreciated! Note, it’s true that the building is showing its age, but this location, the space, the sunsets, the unit’s cleanliness and helpfulness of the management can’t be beat.

5/5 This condo is a great location. The area is easy to walk and get to places to eat and shop. The beach is such a close walk which is awesome when you’re carrying all your beach items.
It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the surfers in the morning. You can see and hear the waves from the condo which was nice in the evenings. There were three beach chairs and some beach toys (shovels, buckets, sea creature shaped sand toys) provided which my 7 year old felt was enough to play in the sand with. There are also boogie boards (3) available.
Kitchen had what we needed for dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. We ate breakfast at the condo but other meals we eat out at the nearby restaurants.
The property manager was quick to respond to a concern over a leaking sink and the leak was fixed within an hour.
I would recommend this property and I will book again when visiting San Diego!

4/5 The unit was comfortable and clean. The senic view provided enjoyment of the ocean and sufferers and people just out walking. The property owners were easy to reach and communicate with when needed.
Understanding and getting into the building proved to be quite the challange. If I was by myself I'm not sure if I could have gotten in after figuring it out how to do so. Im not sure how to improve this process, but it does need to be simplified.
