Simply wonderful
5/5 Our stay in this house was short, but sweet. The house was perfectly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely attentive and even left some extra “perks” for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back the next time we come through Redding!
4/5 The place was quiet and had a large gathering room which worked well for my needs. The dishes and kitchen items were not great, some standard items missing and no real coffee pot. The cooking pans are teflon (toxic) and the bed I slept in needs a new mattress. The property contact was great, the service and communication was good but what I don't like is having to pay both a vrbo fee and fees to a management company Evolve - that feels like far too much. It was ok I guess but the fees were more than the cost of the 2 night rental.

4/5 This is a big, comfortable, and clean house. I recommend staying here, but be aware that the cleaning fee is excessive in my opinion. I didn't catch it so, my problem. Also, if you value playing pool, you won't like this table. The cushions on the ends are non-functional and the table is out of level.
