- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 8 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- There is a walk-through pedestrian gate to access the community. The code is #1254
- The key is located inside a lockbox on the front patio on a water pipe. The code is 0000
- The key for the tennis court gate can be found in the lockbox upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The south pool is heated to 84 degrees and the north pool is heated to 82 degrees; the heat is turned on in October
- The hot tub is heated to 102 degrees
- Pool and hot tub hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM
- No breakable items like glass and bottles are allowed on the pool decks
