We really enjoyed our stay on Normandy Ct
5/5 We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Palm Springs. The owner was always very prompt in getting back to us with help when we inquired. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the pool right outside our condo. The condo is very nice and furnished with plenty of seating. Even the patio was very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Comfy and convenient
5/5 No complaints about our stay at Tim’s Normandy Court flat! The home is roomy and decorated in a mid-century vibe that reinforced that Palm Springs feeling—just as pictured. The community is lovely and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which is just 65 steps away from the unit. We love the location—neighborhood restaurants, the Purple Room, Ralph’s grocery all a short walk away and all of the best Palm Springs restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Just as we’d hoped and we will plan to rebook!
Great location perfect for couples
5/5 Liked the layout with two attached bathrooms and bedrooms. Close to grocery store and entertainment. Tim the owner responded quickly to any inquiries we had.
Great stay
5/5 We stayed for a month and felt that Tim's property was excellent value for the price we paid. Easy check in (after we located the unit, which is north of the parking space, not south). Tim was very responsive and we were sorted quickly. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was nicely updated with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of storage space. Although both showers would benefit from an update, the bathroom vanities were upgraded nicely like the kitchen. The area, a short block off of E Palm Canyon was walking distance to 2 supermarkets (Jensen's, Ralph’s) as well as a host of other major stores (Ace Hardware, Walgreens, TJ Maxx). The grounds were lovely, with hummingbirds, bougainvillea, orange and grapefruit trees and many friendly neighbours! We also loved the neighbourhood which was great for walking our dog.

5/5 Wonderful property, immaculate, extremely well equipped & spacious for the two of us. Wonderful pool & hot tub, fabulous grounds. Terrific location 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs & the airport. The owner was absolutely amazing. Could not recommend more highly.
