Beautiful and quiet

Comfortable
4/5 A comfortable single room, in a resort townhouse. Ground floor, easy entry. 50 feet from the pool. August stay means hot weather, very few people around the resort. Never saw anyone at the nearest pool. Covered parking. Gated entry.
The unit itself is a large room. Simple furniture. Small stovetop, sink, microwave. Some dishes pots and pans. Very comfortable bed. Good internet and TV. Double sink bathroom with walk in shower. Everything was clean and tidy. Very usable. The only downside was a noisy air conditioner. It "rumbled" .
All night. But it worked well. Kept the room cool with 110 degree heat outside.
Easy central access to the entire Coachella Valley. We enjoyed our stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

5/5 Great studio in a great location. Close to El Paseo and good access to all the valley has to offer. Good communication from owner. SimpleCheck in and check out. We will return when we return to the valley!

Very attentive host!
5/5 My tennis team goes to Shadow Mountain every year for some intensive training. This is the first time I rented a studio. Terry was very responsive as a host, which I really appreciated. She communicated clearly and promptly before and during our stay. The room was tidy and clean. It was small but good enough for our needs. The king sized bed was a treat, though we wished the mattress was firmer (just our preference). I recommend this studio!

5/5 This little beauty is a hidden Desert gem! Upon arrival this bright sunny, spotless studio just welcomed you in. The owner has thought of everything...you want for nothing!!! The compound reflects a calming and inviting vibe....pool and hot tub are sparkling. HIGHLY recommend
