Big and beautiful
4/5 House was very nice a lot larger than looks in pictures well worth price only criticism is the porch needs a little tlc and cleaner needs to pay a little more attention to detail
2/5 We liked the space and the proximity to Yosemite. We didn't like the fact that the property isn't ready for guests. Exposed nails and screws, curtain rods falling on their own and almost hitting our kids. Other curtain rods held up with tape. Brown water from lack of use. Broken kitchen sink

Great potential, but needs work done
2/5 The place is very large and can definitely fit a lot of guests. It would be great if you only need a place to sleep for the night.
The listed pictures look great, but if you take a closer look in person, there's so many things that need work.
-Many curtain rods were held up by tape. One of the rods actually fell off the wall(dry wall anchor and screw came out) and almost hit our kids.
-drywall anchor and screws loose for the pool table stick holder as well
-exposed rusty nails and screws
-broken sink faucet
-brown water from all faucets(nothing major, just that the house was unused in a while)
-keypad and code for front door not working well. (Could not get it to work at all, even with owner's help)
-bathroom door still opens when locked
Another tip for future people renting- not handicap accessible. The listing states there's an easy access for those who can't take a lot of stairs- there's not- completely blocked off by branches and shrubs.
Concerns for next renter
3/5 The restroom with the bathtub has lots of ants crawling around. The restroom door near the entrance doorway was stuck and making lots of noises. The restroom up stair is old. The place was clean.The dryer was broken, can't wash our clothes.The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced.

4/5 We had a great time in the house we were comfortable and had plenty of space to spend time with our family.
