  This home was perfectly set up for our family. Large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lovely backyard with pool and spa. Our only regret is that our time went by so quickly. Would definitely return. Host was responsive and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

  Ive stayed in a lot of VRBOs. This is the kind I am sooo pleased with. This house is super spacious....4 large bedrooms, huge backyard, pool, jacuzzi, very large kitchen and living room. My adult sons baseball team had a tournament in Irvine. So 2 teammates and their moms and a girlfriend stayed. 5 of us....could have easily had more. We actually had 2 guys from the team wanted to stay...I texted and asked and they said "sure". They did'nt end up staying but communication was excellent back and forth. This is the kind of house I try to find...makes it such a comfy trip. Great neighborhood. We brought our game systems and hooked up to tv and all had a blast playing mario cars. Theres alot of stuff to cool with in the kitchen..super helpful. Beds comfy and the house was super clean. I highly recommend this house and these owners! Thanks!!

• Perfectly Spacious & Comfortable Family Home

  We had such a wonderful stay at this property with my family. The pictures do not do it justice - it's even better in person, honestly. From the moment we arrived and opened the door, the house felt welcoming and comfortable. The house is well kept and stocked. We had plenty of towels (for both the bathroom and the pool!) and houseware/cookware provided. What I also really enjoyed is that everything was labeled around the home so you weren't really wasting time trying to find things or figure out how to use items. Very family friendly home with lots of games for kids - that was a fun surprise!

  We had 8 adults and 2 babies in our party and we never felt cramped. The bedrooms are SO spacious with comfortable beds/linens and the shared spaces had plenty of room. The house felt very private as it's at the end of a culdesac and you can't really see the neighbors from the windows. One of our most favorite areas was the backyard though ... the pool and spa was so fun to use and there is so much space for lounging.

  The hosts were very responsive and kind throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to stay in the future again!

  House was clean, organized, comfortable, and spacious enough for 8 adults. Location was great and hosts were responsive. The outdoor space was an amazing added bonus. Would highly recommend!
