The house is exactly as shown in the photos and was the perfect retreat after our long days at Yosemite.
The kitchen is well equipped. The only things we found missing were black pepper, a wine opener and wine glasses. There was local coffee available and a tea kettle- which we used daily. We also used the grill but the striker didn’t work and we did not find any matches or lighter.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom attached. The upstairs bedrooms are light & bright so bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in! The beds were only made with the fitted sheet and duvet- we had to add the top sheet and pillow cases. Not sure if that was an oversight or something new for rentals— We only found 4 hangers in the whole house so we hung what we could on the coat hooks.
The hot tub was great to relax and give your muscles a rest after exploring. My only suggestion here would be to have non breakable glassware to use.
The downstairs bedroom and living area was perfect for our teen to have their own space. There were dvds and several games. We brought our own since this was a new rental and weren’t sure what would be supplied.
Overall, we enjoyed the time spent at River Haven and would definitely rent here again!
*Side note: Be sure to have your GPS set before leaving the house as there is little to no cell service on your way to the the park.
We have been visiting several National parks and sights. This is a wonderful stay not far from Yosemite National Park. It was nice to stay at "home" while we have been traveling and staying in hotels.

This cabin was a wonderful stay for us as we were traveling through. There was nothing lacking except food which was an easy drive to the Pioneer Market in town.
