Great location!!!
5/5 If you are looking for beachfront this is your place! Depending on traffic it’s about a 45 minute-1 hour drive to downtown LA. Nice balance of closeness to the city and a relaxing place to stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing location...beautiful home.
4/5 The apartment is fantastic! It's in a great location, spacious, private, and well-appointed. The only reason I did not give five stars was that the AC was not working during our stay. The owner and manager were great about trying to fix it while we were there. However, they knew this was an issue as it wasn't working for guests before us, and it was never mentioned to us before we checked it. We didn't need the AC during our stay, but it would have been nice to turn on the house fan to get some air circulation. It was a bit musty inside, which is expected since it is literally on the water. We kept the patio doors open for air movement at night. The only negative was that it allowed some bugs to fly into the house, which was a minor nuisance. The property could have used a guest manual to know how to use all of the home's features. We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back again next year.
