Needs deep cleaning and repairs
2/5 The location is great, but the house clearly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned/deep cleaned in a long time. When we arrived, there were hairs under the bath room sink, the living room floors were sticky, window ledges are dirty, curtains dirty, and the areas under the couch are scary filthy. There were dead bugs in the bedroom and the worst part of our stay was the A/C wasn’t really working (on the entire time but the temp inside the house went up to 84deg). Honestly, I am so disappointed I really don’t recommend this place until management does a deep clean and inspection. The cleaner/our contact was nice and responsive. Overall, the condition of the house and desperate need for major cleaning, repairs, and upkeep has to be addressed ASAP before they keep booking customers.
Good rest
5/5 Great location for us. Quiet neighborhood, there are roosters at neighbor behind the house but we didn't hear them while sleeping. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We did have a couple of issues but the house manager was very responsive and accommodating. We brought our small dog and he enjoyed the fenced in front and back yard. The neighborhood was safe for our walks.
