  Wonderful stay in Lake Arrowhead for our family reunion. The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious for our family if 6 adults and 3 babies. The upstairs family room and bedroom were kept cool with the air conditioner. The 2 bedrooms downstairs kept very cool on their own. The patio furniture was perfect for evening chats. The kitchen was well stocked. Great cabin!!!

• Fresh Air and tall trees

  Our goal was to get out of the heat in the desert and drive just 1.5 hours to do that. Like most houses in Lake Arrowhead, this one has three levels; thus, stairs are everywhere. Evolve, and the homeowners were very kind and helpful when we discovered we had arrived a day early in a car loaded with food! My fault 100%. Our stay was 7 days.

  1. This house was exceptionally clean.

  2. The kitchen is fully functional for the experienced or inexperienced cook/baker.

  3. Beds comfy.

  4. The deck is wonderful for 5 pm cocktails or all-day reading.

  5. Furniture comfy. It even has a high chair!

  6. Location from the Village 1 mile. Ralph's grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and village shops.

  7. Wifi excellent.

  8. Streaming on TV is excellent.

  Our goal was to relax and reflect, so we spent most of our time at the house or walking towards the lake. This house was ideal for us. Two important notes: The wifi code contains the number 0, not the letter o. If you stay longer than 3 days, you must have body soap for the showers. The house supply is a little sparse.

  It was just the two of us, but the house is ideal for a family with children or to invite friends up for a couple of days.

• Great Cabin for a Larger Group

  Just stayed over the MLK weekend with our kids and grandkids. The cabin was perfect for our family. Super clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids had a blast with all the toys and games! The owners communicated with us prior to arrival regarding the ice and precautions we should take. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!!

• Amazing rental

  We have been going to Arrowhead for many years and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Unbelievable location. So many rooms and bed options as well as games and books for my two little kids. They had an absolute blast going up and down all the stairs and playing in each room. Even the dog had a great time and instantly felt at home.

  The place was immaculate from top to bottom. Only had one issue while there and the host and local help were super quick to respond and help resolve the problem. Will absolutely be coming back and staying here again.

• Could've Been a 5 Star Review

  This was a very homey and cozy rental. The upstairs and downstairs separation was nice and being located so close to the lake and village was great for our little ones who aren't big fans of the windy mountain roads. The only downside, being an avid (addicted) coffee drinker, was that the coffee maker didn't work and when it was reported, all that the property manager had to say was that she was sorry and hope we enjoy the rest of the stay. There was no offer of any sort of discount or even a quick and easy replacement as we still had three more days until check out. Customer service and satisfaction goes a long way in my book and unfortunately this was one of the worse displays of such qualities.
