• Wonderful Tahoe Retreat

  Really nice and convenient condo in Kings Beach. There was wine and chocolate when we entered, well stocked with toiletries and some cooking essentials (oil, seasoning, etc.). Meghan was very responsive and helpful via text. Great location with close proximity to Incline Village. Would highly recommend.

  Pros: The host is very thoughtful. They had a bottle of wine and wine glasses set out on the counter which was absolutely needed after a long drive. They have plenty of board games, for kids and adults. Fresh wood Logs were already placed in the fireplace. The house was very clean and we had all the utensils, cookware and cabinet essentials we needed. Linens were bountiful linens and clean. Cons: I wouldn’t recommend for a family larger than 5. We had a party of 3 adults and 3 big kids. The space felt a little cramp. The sofa seats 3 adults max and there was a small accent chair but the rest of the family had to sit on a stool or at the kitchen table so it was a little less cozy. The sofa bed is a day bed and not a pull out couch.There is limited storage so most of our items had to be stored in the living room.

• Perfect location for Exlporing N. Tahoe

  My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Lake Tahoe! The scenery and weather are spectacular. We loved the N. side of the lake (we spent one night on the South side and it just can not compare). Kings Beach was the perfect, laid-back, lake/mountain town. This condo is the ideal "base camp" for your exploring the area. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was great having access to a washer and dryer. My only suggestions would be for the owner to add a few more fans (the weather cools off at night but it can be a little hot in the afternoon) so there's one for each level, a screen to the downstairs sliding door/porch, and bedside lamps in the master. Overall, the condo was great and we would love to come back someday!
