- The driving directions for this property are outlined below:
- Take Highway 175 from Middletown if you're coming from San Francisco or from Kelseyville if you're coming from the north
- You can turn onto Salmina Road, which has two entrances from Highway 175. If you miss one, you can still access the road
- The house is on the right side with the redwood deck

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is gated, and the gate remote is in the mailbox by the street. It is a small gray device kept in a plastic bag. Please remember to leave it in the mailbox and do not take it into the house
- The home is accessible via keyless entry, which is located at the door on the side of the street. The code is 70517#
- After entering the code, you will hear a beeping sound. Turn the lock while the keypad is beeping in order to access the property
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Make sure all electrical and propane heaters are off
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Upon departure, the gate will automatically open as your car approaches. You do not need the gate remote
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
