Cute Place But Needs Some Love
3/5 Overall the place is nice, but they’re overselling the amenities listed. It feels like the owner doesn’t actually visit the property often. We arrived and the hot tub was uncovered, so it couldn’t heat up. The owner was very unhelpful over text. We found the cover but the hot tub never heated up enough during our stay, so we didn’t get to use it. The yard is not fully enclosed, so know that if you’re bringing dogs. The screen and projector advertised were nowhere to be found. The actual house is cozy and comfy. The queen bed is a bit rickety but it’s fine. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it had most things we needed for cooking. They provided coffee and tea which was nice. The provide lots of towels and there’s soap/shampoo in the shower. Be sure to read up on how the water works as it’s limited due to coming from a well. We got caught without water mid-shower a few times. We managed to have a nice time, but I probably won’t be returning. I will say, Evolve is very helpful and responsive with issues.
