CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 pm
- The key will be in a lockbox. The lockbox code is: 3476 (4 digits)
LOCK BOX INSTRUCTIONS:
-- If you have issues opening the lockbox, please refer to this guide below:
- Open the shutter door to reveal the dials and the release button
- Rotate dials to the entry code
- Press down on the release button to open the door
- Pull the door fully open
- Add or remove keys
- Close compartment door
- Scramble the combination dials to lock the door and conceal the code
- Close the shutter door

- Cell phone service works at the property but the landline is also available. The number is 415-669-1676

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-out before 10:00 am
- Return key to the lockbox
- Please note on the check out sheet if any supplies are low or out
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Please make sure all used dishes are in dishwasher and it has been started
- Clean countertops
- Remove all food items from the fridge (except for bags of coffee)
- Bag up all trash and leave in closed plastic bags for housekeeping to dispose of (there is no local garbage pick-up)
- Leave beds that were slept in unmade, so the housecleaner knows which sheets to wash
- Return all home contents to their original places
- Turn off gas heater and electric heaters
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Make sure all lights, appliances, and electronics are turned off
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition you found it in

HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Pets are not to be left at the property unattended
- Pets must be trained and well behaved, dogs are permitted on just three beaches-Kehoe, Limantour and Great Beach-and just one trail, and are required to be leashed.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No large parties (over 8 people) or events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, out of respect for the neighbors, please bring conversations inside after 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends
- The washing machine and dryer located in the basement are only for the use of the housecleaner, NOT guests. The basement area will be locked off and unavailable for guest use
- The wireless internet password will be found written on the router
- Due to the extreme water shortage caused by the drought, please be mindful of water usage
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Possible eviction and/or additional fines may be imposed if these rules are violated

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 2-story home requires exterior steps to enter. An additional interior staircase near the kitchen is required to access the lower-level bedroom and half bathroom
- A 'Pack & Play' toy for babies is located in the upstairs bathroom closet
- There is also a toddler booster chair, and kneeling pad, that can be used while bathing babies, in the same closet
- Garbage pick-up is Tuesday morning. Please put bagged trash and recycling in the bins outside near the back porch. The house cleaner or neighbor will move the bins to the pick-up spot by the tree in the middle of the street before Tuesday morning
- The property does not have air conditioning

CHILDPROOFING INFORMATION FROM THE HOMEOWNER:
-- The house is not completely childproofed so parents might want to remove cleaning products from lower cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom while children 3 or under are in those areas
- Children on the decks should be watched to be sure they don't climb above the bench on the upper deck
- When small children are in the living room or kitchen, the gate a the top of the stairs should be closed & locked to prevent falling down the stairs
- There are BABYSEATER Baby Gates for Doorways or Stairs - Retractable Safety Gate for Child, Pets, Dog, Puppy or Cat up to 40 lbs - instructions on the adjacent wall as well as video instructions online at Amazon

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked alongside the front fence
- Any additional cars must park around the corner as Edgemont Way is too narrow and gets crowded easily
- Do not block any driveways
- There are 2 parking spots along the front fence by in front of the house. Please bring no more than 3 cars to park in front of the house. If you have a fourth car coming, please park on another street
