Beautiful Granite Bay House
5/5 Property is beautiful & loved the colorful outdoor lights at night. So many different wonderful sitting areas outside to choose from to relax in. Great outdoor spa. Such a great variety of outdoor games to choose from. Awesome gym set up in garage & ping pong table. The beds were very comfortable & house was also very comfortable to relax in. Awesome house & we enjoyed our stay there immensely.

Great property and accommodations
5/5 This property was even better than described in the listing. Our family stayed here, but it would be great for a group of friends too. It was very kid friendly with swings and see saws as well as board games and fire pits with roasting skewers. It offers a ton of comforts from size of property and spa, to a great layout and DirectTV. It's close to all the Folsom/Granite Bay/Roseville area have to offer, but also nice enough to not leave the house.

Perfect Stay for the CIM Marathon
5/5 The house was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities. Check-in and communication with the host were very easy. The location was perfect for us because it was only 4 minutes from the start of the marathon. Would definitely stay here again!

All I can say is WOW
5/5 We’ve used VRBO for many years, many properties, and have never experienced the hospitality S.E. did with Rick. To start off, he called before we even arrived to give us his cell if we needed anything at all. The home was immaculate and by far the best stocked place we’ve ever rented. Excellent beds/bedding, dishes, furniture, even the TP was first class! Thank you Rick!

Weekend Getaway
5/5 The pictures don't do it justice, the property was beautiful. Provided ample space for our kids to run around. Communication with the property owner/company was easy and they were very responsive to my pre-trip questions. We arrived late and had difficulty with entry, the property manager was prompt and solved the problem within minutes. The house was well stocked with essentials, making the stay easy. We plan to return!
