Disappointment
2/5 Trash all over the yard, glass by the studio deck. Which my wife picked up before we could let the dog out of the car. Door locking was really messed up, door plate bent had to use a key to push door plate in while closing the door.Looked like someone tried to brake in.We have a 70lb large dog the grass never cut, the grass was over her head in places the rest was up to her shoulders. The drains were working very slowly. The sooking tub would not fill up. It would go up 3 inches then start draining on it own.
We tried to get in touch with the guest host, emailed her never heard back. I called the next day and she spoke Spanish, so that went no where. For the amount we spent it was not up to par. It had a lot of extra fees which I should have caught.

Cute and Cozy
4/5 This rental is beautifully furnished! It was cozy and comfortable and perfect for our weekend getaway. The bathroom is HUGE! The plot of land around the house could use some love but the interior was clean, comfortable, and was exactly what we needed. The studio is a sectioned-off portion of a larger house that is also a rental. We could hear the other renters which was not really an issue for us but is good to know if anyone is looking for a more private space.

Cute little retreat
4/5 The location is great. Nice, new appliances and even a bidet! The bath tub was huge and lovely to relax in. Close enough to town for an easy drive and about a mile’s walk to the beach. Even better that they allow dogs!
