Not As Expected
1/5 This house was not advertised as a shared space. There was someone living in the bottom floor of the main house and what looked like a detached garage was converted or built as a 2 unit apartment building. The windows faced the pool which detoured us from using the pool. I'm a very private person and was travelling with nine other woman for a softball tournament. The locks on the house were not keyless and a garage door opener was not provided so it was impossible to lock the front door without having to request for an extra key as there were 9 people in the house with several cars coming in and out at different times. We had to run through the garage and jump over sensors every time we had to leave. The floors were not clean so wearing shoes throughout the house was important. The front door glass had large open cracks and some were taped. Needless to say, the pool and patio were nice but not private, great location and large space for our group.
Very large space, but somewhat underwhelming
3/5 Overall, this house fit what my family needed space-wise. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all of which have been updated to a certain extent. Our biggest complaint is that the space does not seem to be cleaned thoroughly or well cared for. The pool and the hot tub in particular were dirty enough that we did not feel comfortable using either of them. The price was reasonable, and they were able to accommodate us on very short notice, but it was not quite what we had hoped it would be.
Beautiful house with amazing views.
5/5 This house has everything to stay comfortable you and your family. I really recommended.The only inconvenient we had was with the pool area, it wasn't completely clean and the lights didn't work.
