Great Stay and Location
4/5 The house was in a great location where we could travel to San Francisco or other destinations with ease. Kwan was great to communicate with and if there was anything we needed he was available. The house is a lot larger than the pictures was perfect for our family. I would definitely book this house again.

Host was very responsive
4/5 I give this property 4 stars because of Kwan’s quick responsiveness before and during our stay. We were traveling with a 22 month old and inquired about the rental having a high chair and pack n play. Kwan said there was not one at the house, but he would make sure there was one their for our stay. It was waiting for us when we arrived. The house is spacious. Good for families. It does need some TLC though. We brought some minor issues up to Kwan so hopefully those will be addressed for the next renter

Great Location and Stay
4/5 House was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to visit in San Francisco. Kwan was amazing and was there if we needed anything. House was was a lot larger than the photos and made an enjoyable stay. We would definitely book again.
Great base for exploring San Fran
4/5 Kwans house was great. Very spacious with all the amenities a big group could need. Lovely big bedrooms and 3 good sized bathrooms with nice big showers. Only 25 mins drive from downtown San Francisco and 10 mins from the airport. Check was easy and Kwan was always available to help and contactable through email. I would recommend this letting to anyone

2/5 Casa vieja, sin actualizar, las ventanas no cierran bien, en invierno se siente mucho frío, hay goteras internas, hay palomas y pasan muchos aviones durante la noche, no se puede dormir bien!! La cocina estaba sucia, el refrigerador tenia comida vieja, los sartenea
