Was great. Home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed.
Very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
Our family from Texas, Hawaii, Idaho, Washington, Redding and Cootonwood gathered in Cottonwood and drove to Chester to lay to rest and have memorials for 5 family members. We have not all been together for the past 7 years, since our last funeral, so it was a hard, emotional journey for all. The house was a perfect gathering place for us. Shane, the owner, was right there handy to help when we had any special needs and was very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were really comfortable, bedrooms were clean and roomy. There was everything we needed in the bathrooms. We cooked a favorite family meal in the kitchen and had every pot and utensil we needed. One afternoon we played our families favorite game, "Mexican Train", because we found the domino's in the beautiful living room. The kitchen table sat us all.It was the perfect house for us. And Shane the perfect host.

The property and home were really nice. Plenty of space for our family. My favorite part about this property was the back patio. There was a treager, blackstone, and a gas grill for all of your cooking needs as well as outdoor games to play which kept everyone busy. The only problem we had was at check in with the property manager. No email was sent with door code so when we arrived we couldn't get into the house. We called the manager for info and it took them a half hour to get back to us with code. So we had to sit in our vehicle in 100+ degree weather waiting to get in. Besides that our overall experience was great.

We had the most incredible stay. The Host/Owner was so kind and thoughtful as well. When we arrived the home was cool, clean and organized. We’ve stayed in so many homes before and this is by far the most stocked and equipped home that we’ve ever rented. Full kitchen with everything you can need. It’s very private on a cul de sac and spacious open concept interior. The beds were so comfortable and pillows as well. The extra amenities on the outside made grilling and visiting so easy. We will always stay here when we’re visiting the Redding area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.
