This Cottonwood place was more than advertised; it has a lot of quality that we were not expecting. They have a an outdoor grill, a barbecue, and a smoker; plus a fire pit & outdoor games. The beds were extremely comfy and had a remote to adjust them (very cool). There is a train nearby, but we did not hear it in the master bedroom. We had an enjoyable stay here and would stay here again.
The home was immaculate and felt very comfortable. It was decorated beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Was great. Home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed.
Very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
Our family from Texas, Hawaii, Idaho, Washington, Redding and Cootonwood gathered in Cottonwood and drove to Chester to lay to rest and have memorials for 5 family members. We have not all been together for the past 7 years, since our last funeral, so it was a hard, emotional journey for all. The house was a perfect gathering place for us. Shane, the owner, was right there handy to help when we had any special needs and was very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were really comfortable, bedrooms were clean and roomy. There was everything we needed in the bathrooms. We cooked a favorite family meal in the kitchen and had every pot and utensil we needed. One afternoon we played our families favorite game, "Mexican Train", because we found the domino's in the beautiful living room. The kitchen table sat us all.It was the perfect house for us. And Shane the perfect host.
