Clovis house rental
5/5 We booked a house in Clovis, CA to attend a swim meet. Our first booking had an air conditioning unit that was inoperable so Evolve rebooked us in another property. Larger but at the same price.
The house was in great shape. Clean. Well stocked with amenities. Back yard could use some work but overall a great property.
The Evolve team checked on us a couple times making sure everything was going well. Really appreciate their support.
Definitely will recommend them.
Old Town Clovis 2BD/1BA
4/5 Small older home with modern interior renovation 1/2 mile north of Old Town Clovis. Quite street with small parking space. Interior is nice and decent size for 2 adults. Nice fenced backyard with small seating area for 2.Check in was easy and appreciated the process. There were a few cons: One bathroom was fine for just me but would have been more difficult with a family of 3 or more; there is no washer/dryer to do laundry and there are only sheer curtains on the bedroom windows so sleeping past 7am is impossible. There were also some extra charges on my bill that were not explained and instead of $114/night it was over double that when received final bill. The check out process also requires taking out the trash and removing bedding from any beds used as well as general cleaning of the rental under threat of extra charges, so maybe since I left the place as I found it some of those unexplained charges will be refunded to me…not sure though. There is no garage or carport just a very small gravel parking spot in front of house to the left which is nice to have since the street parking was mostly used up during my stay but with no way to shield car from the sun it’s problematic in the summer especially if have a darker vehicle. Overall was a good experience with proximity to Old Town and definitely nicer than staying in a hotel room.

Great location and home
5/5 Stayed here for over a month during my visit to California. Great location, walking distance to several local restaurants and the farmer’s market. Comfortable home and will stay again on my next visit
