Great condo!
5/5 Great place to stay. It's a half mile walk from the ferry dock, but we walked it easily and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, full kitchen, laundry, etc. all in good condition. Avalon has better restaurants and shops than I remember from many years ago. All within a 5 minute walk. The location is peacefully away from the more touristy beach area, but Avalon is small, so a short walk to anywhere and we didn't bother with the golf cart rental.
One word to the wise - this is not a location for people who can't walk up several flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but you still have to walk up stairs to get to the elevator and then again to the condo. We love to walk, so no problem for us, but someone who is disabled would have an issue.
