Antelope house
5/5 The house was clean, pictures were accurate. The only issue we had was the beds squeaked terribly. We were concerned we were keeping each other up with the noise. I would suggest it might be time to replace the beds.

Convenient but communication untimely
4/5 Beds all squeak terribly. Thermostat was locked so couldn't adjust. Asked for early check in and was handed off to another party to communicate with who did NOT carry the ball Fire that company if they aren't going to deal with you.

Nice place to stay
4/5 Positives: Located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. Pinpad entry. The home is spacious and it was great to have 4 bedrooms. The master suite is very nice - comfortable bed, large bathroom, large closet. Nice towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Large kitchen with good appliances. AC was cool enough. Great to have washer & dryer.
Negatives: The other bedrooms are just ok - my family complained about the bedframes squeaking/creaking every time they moved in the bed, making it hard to fall asleep. The first bedroom also has some concerning stains on the boxspring. Guest bath shower sprayed oddly and would adjust - hard to use. Would have liked more or better kitchen utensils (spatula, knives) and cookware. We were not cooking much other than breakfast, so it was ok but not adequate for someone wanting to cook a full dinner. Backyard is very bare and planters had weeds. No hand towels for bathrooms that we could find. No lightweight blankets for summer - all the beds had bulky warm comforters. I'd recommend adding more options for bedding.
We were visiting family and spent most of our time away from the rental house. It is a decent place to sleep and relax. We would stay here again.

5/5 Property was perfect for a family get away. The neighborhood was very quiet and no to far from downtown, and Old Town Sacramento.
