  We wanted a place where we could step outside and walk our dogs easily. That was all we got. The place isn’t retro and cozy, as the website describes it, it’s just old sad and dirty.

  - We call our little old trailer Rosie and when we do our annual cleaning to spiff her up she is very cheerful and is always guest-ready. We do a thorough cleaning between each guest to ensure all guests get to see her at her best. We understand not everyone loves Rosie as much as we do, but we try our hardest to make Rosie a nice clean, and comfortable place to stay. She might be old but so are we; we enjoy staying here whenever possible. We are both happy when we have a guest who appreciates her and loves her as much as we do.
  
  We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

• Cozy and accommodating

  I arrived in Yuma and found the place accommodating, clean and supplied with small items that make a traveler feel cozy and welcomed.

  The hosts were very helpful and made me feel at home.

  The reason for my visit was for attention to Dentistry work I was in need of and provided by professional in a near by Mexican city/town.

  I stayed four nights and the place was just what I needed, A place to come back to, from the dentist, relax for the evening and ready up for my subsequent appointments.

  The location of this place is easy to get to, in proximity of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. I did not have time to enjoy the amenities of the site, my observation of them was sufficient and inviting.

  The instructions (provided by the host) were clear and easy to follow.

  The neighbors were also very polite and nice.

• Disappointed

  Carl, Doris, and Mary were the best. They did everything in their power to make things better. The smoke detectors were both beeping when we arrived. It was unbearably hot but we did change our arrival time, so I don’t blame anyone for that. But as the day got hotter, the trailer got even hotter. The cooler didn’t want to work properly. We had to move out.

  - Considering your travel plans changed and you arrived a day early, the cleaning crew was just finishing up and had to leave the property to accommodate you before they were done cleaning the vacation home. Unfortunately, our cleaning crew didn't realize that the AC was not working before your arrival. We’re sorry that you chose to end your reservation ahead of schedule before we could have an AC technician resolve the issues.
  - The AC unit was inspected after your departure and is now fully functional. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
