House perfect for our needs
5/5 We were able to park 3 trucks, 3 trailers, 3 Polaris off road vehicles on the property- no issues.
House was spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults.
We will definitely stay there again for our next year adventure!

3/5 Property was nice but the check in process took over an hour once we arrived at the property due to the management company not providing us with the check in code. Other than that it was a good experience.

Nice & clean
4/5 Good experience. House was spacious and kitchen was good for cooking meals for family. Road to get to the property can be a bit tricky when there’s lots of rain or melting snow and you have to take the back way since the main road is flooded. Only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Could improve on check-out instructions and also, my entire family was not able to sign on the WiFi the whole time we were there. Overall, would recommend & stay again.

Great location!
4/5 Overall a great place to rent. Great location and neighborhood, large family/kitchen gathering area. Well equipped kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc. Large master bed/bathroom. Lots of +'s. Mattress' maybe past their useful lifespan as their were sunken spots that made the beds somewhat uncomfortable.
