5/5 Lovely Spot and Accommodation but we were blindsided by with a $115.15 VRBO Fee? Not mentioned when booking. Complete surprise!!! Be Careful when booking with VRBO.

4/5 House was clean and updated. Pool was clean, but chilly. Grandaughters came to swim a couple of times and got a little cold. Did have one minor issue and the property manager came immediately and resolved it. Kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend this property. It is a comfortable place to stay.

Nice home
4/5 A little more attention should be paid on the pool. Algae filled pool. The pool was shocked with Chlorine the next Morning after our arrival and we were able to use it a few days after we arrived, but with a three day stay it was a bummer since that was the main reason we choose this home in Arizona with there sumner heat. Hopefully they will pay more attention to this detail moving forward.
