Nice House for Week Stay.
5/5 We are locals with a dog who needed a week rental while our house was getting repaired. This is a nice quiet stay in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and location was within walking distance to grocery store, Udall park and a number of restaurants and our favorite gelato store. Kitchen has limited supplies if you are cooking meals but fine if you plan on visiting the local eateries. Neighborhood has a community pool and some walking paths which we didn’t use but are available.
Good communication with owner about a couple of items we needed. Response was immediate

2/5 This home is for sale and not fit for cooking in. The utensils were floppy and useless. The water heater was not on until we turned it on ourselves. reoccuring issues with wifi.
There was a concerning lack of communication with host previous to check in regarding the reservation. the beds were comfortable and the fridge was cold. the location was convenient for my family during a funeral.
