  Overall, our stay was wonderful. The view of the mountains was fantastic. This house is very roomy and can accommodate a large group.

  The house could’ve been cleaner. Our first night I found a dead scorpion in my bathroom. The windowsills had very ugly dead bugs in them. They were lacking on pool towels. Bring your own. We were a bit put off by the a guy living in a camper next to the fence. He could look right down into the backyard at the pool area.

  Other than these things we enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.

  "Hi Tabatha, I am sorry for your experience with the neighbor's son and his temporarily parking the camper along the property line. I am a bit surprised with pool towels as we normally stock many in the laundry area. Finally, the desert has bugs. Not all are capable of being kept from being around. We utilize excellent cleaners and professionals to do our best to keep these out. Thanks for the comments."

• Gorgeous Mountain Views

  What we loved:

  Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay in this lovely and beautiful home. It’s a destination that you don’t want to leave. The mountain views are fantastic from the great and beautifully landscaped backyard. The pool is humongous (sp?). We invested a lot of time out back in the mornings & evenings, when it cooled off a bit.

  Inside the home is every bit as wonderful as outside. The kitchen is quite large and has just about every thing you need.

  Loved having use of the garage door opener. It made coming and going very convenient.

  What we didn’t love so much:

  I thought we had pre arranged to heat the pool and hot tub . When I contacted the host to find out how to operate the hot tub - through the VRBO site, they didn’t respond. I tried again the next day with no reply. We noticed a sign on the refrigerator that gave a different number to call. That person was not a part of VRBO or Evolve, but was from a turn-key company. Brittney was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience for us. . . from what could’ve been pretty disappointing. Still don’t know why I never received a reply through the VRBO site, and it doesn’t entice me to any future stays.

  Loved the property! The oversized pool, and the scenic mountain vista, all contributed to a great stay with our family for our granddaughter’s ASU graduation.

• Spacious and comfortable

  Lovely and comfortable home. The landscaping is especially wonderful. Small problems were attended to immediately by managers. We used the spa but not the pool, so can only speak to the spa which was a great spot for talking and enjoying the night sky.
