  It was a pleasant experience, I nice time to beat the heat, had a brief moment of discomfort with the upstairs air but we remedied it. Nice time was had. Thank you.

  This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family Easter vacation! We've never stayed at an Airbnb that had plenty of toilet paper, towels, silverware etc. There were a lot of blankets and extra sheets for the two hide-a-beds. Dishes were clean in the cupboards and there was laundry soap and more. The pool was spotless and the kids really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive with messaging and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, even going so far as to order a propane griddle and have it delivered for outdoor cooking. We definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again!

• Surprise AZ house just OK

  The house was just OK for a group of guys in AZ for MLB Spring Training, but I would not rent this house for my family.

  The house was NOT clean. After walking around barefoot in the house, the bottoms of my feet were filthy!!

  Nice Kitchen, but minimally/insufficiently equipped. Insufficient silverware for 5 (much less 10+ as advertised). No wine bottle cork screw or wine glasses, minimal dishes, cooking utensils and bowls. Only 1 sharp knife!

  The house was also minimally furnished - very basic at best.

  Overall, not the level that I would expect from a VRBO house in this price range.

Regarding cleanliness, we try our best to maintain the cleanliness of this home, as attested to in some of the previous testimonials. About your feet getting filthy after walking barefoot in the house, besides walking inside the house, it’s very hard for one to walk barefoot outside the house several times a day, and their feet don’t get filthy, which I believe happened in this case. But still, we promise to improve the cleanliness of the house.
  Regarding the minimally equipped kitchen, we have had 6-14 guests a couple of times before your visit but never had a comment like this. We'll add more dinnerware sets, wine glasses, wine bottle corkscrews, cutlery, and silverware for our guests' satisfaction, convenience, and comfort, which is our goal. We are sorry to hear that our home didn’t meet your expectations. We shall try our best to make it better and more appealing to the best of our ability.

  Very nice home. Queen beds would have been nice as two adults in a standard was very tight.

  The pool gate does not latch but we did not allow children out back.
