  The check in process was easy and we were even able to check in early. The house is nice and the beds were comfortable. One negative, we were charged a very large cleaning fee but the property clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. All furniture had a large amount of dust and even crumbs on the dining table. The outside chairs are unusable due to extensive wear.

• Disappointed!!!

  First, I would like to say this house has great potential. But has been neglected. Tawny the property manager was quick to respond but was also limited on what she could do to help us. The house was not properly equipped, there was no kitchen towels, hand & face towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, which Tawny was able to get to us. NO pullout mechanism was in the couch so we had to use the blowup mattress. The outdoor dining table chairs were torn out or about to be completely ripped out. The sun lounge chairs were ripped. And there was no propane for the BBQ. The house was not clean, baseboards were dirty, blankets on the bed were dirty (we had to wash them) stains on the throw pillows and junk outside around the yard. I feel the kitchen could be stocked much better than it was. This house has amazing potential but it has been neglected. I even offered to buy outdoor furniture for them with reimbursement, because we really wanted something to sit in the sun on, but the owner said no. I offered to fill their propane tanks for the BBQ but then decided not to because of a previous review stating the BBQ didn’t work. We wanted to have our pool heated, which it was and it was great, and I was told to Venmo the owner for the heating of the pool which I did before we arrived. After speaking with Evolve Travel they said that is a huge breach of contract and to NOT personally pay the owner. Tawny, the property manager treated us great & was sweet. But this house needs attention.

  We had a great stay. House and pool was very clean and the hot tub was great too. We will be back. The property management was great! Eveything is very close and convenient.

  Nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well maintained. The only issue we ran into was the grill did not function properly and did not cook our food (just burgers and hot dogs). I sent a message via Vrbo to the owner/company and got no response. The grill was not fixed during our stay or the issue even acknowledged. Also the mattresses are in desperate need to be replaced. There are terrible dips in 2 of the 3 mattresses. Said worn mattresses kept me tossing and turning every night. I understand the need for mattress protectors (the plastic covers below the sheets) but the bedsheets/linens were incredibly thin that due to trying to adjust against the dips I was soon sweating through my pajamas because I was practically sleeping on the plastic protecting cover.

  Other than those two issues our stay was still enjoyable.
