Cozy home with nice pool
5/5 Perfect home for a baseball family. We stayed for 5 days for a baseball tournament. Loved the fact that the house was literally 5 minutes away from the Royals practice facility and close to restaurants and department stores. Had blast in the pool and they and the AC was ice cold as it should be when it’s 116 degrees outside. I certainly recommend the home, we were a family of 3 with a friend with her teenage son.

Solid rental in Surprise - Awesome Pool!
5/5 The house was perfect for our week-long stay in Surprise for a baseball tournament. It was crazy hot (115!) during our stay, but the house was kept at a very comfortable 70 degrees. The pool was very nice, even though the water was quite warm due to the very hot temps ( it the homeowner's fault). It was nicely appointed with with kitchen utensils and spices.

5/5 Was here visiting family in the area. Stayed at this property at first for 3 nights, then added 2 more nights. Thats how much we liked this house. House was well equipped with everything. Pool area was relaxing with the waterfall. Didn’t do any grilling with all the eat out options within 2 miles in any direction from this house. Only knack was there is only 1 tv. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. 5 stars

Great place
5/5 This is a great house. It had everything we needed. The check-in process was extremely easy and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend this little oasis . The pool was beautiful.

5/5 Really lovely home. The bedrooms were very comfortable and offered lots of closet space. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals and store groceries. Highly recommend. One thing that would be a nice addition would be a rail up the stairs in the pool.
