• Exceptional - most amazing place I've ever stayed!

  if perfect is good enough for you. This is the place to stay! It was like staying at an art gallery with the exceptional backyard and gazebo. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. Everything was super clean everywhere you turned it was exceptional. The communication was fantastic. Everything was just super amazing. They set the bar for hosting! Much appreciated!

  Awesome quite place to sit outside and relax in a great gazebo with an interesting surounding personal nature preserve in your own backyard!

  Easy access to bring over eldery family members for a nice dinner in the backyard.

  A very clean and well quipped house! Very convient location with easy access to most of the NW quadrant of the phoenix bowl.

  We look forward to renting this house again in January if it's available.

• Beautiful and Calming Retreat

  Thank you, Sue, David and Becky, what a gorgeous home with everything I needed. The home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking my meals. The bed was very comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. The backyard was spectacular with all of the greenery, plants and trees. I really enjoyed the mornings sitting in the gazebo watching the birds, butterflies and quails.

  I loved that there are many stores, restaurants and activities close by. The hosts were wonderful in getting back with me when I had questions. I would highly recommend this as a destination you want to visit. I plan to return again soon.

• Better than I expected

  In short it was above my expectations it was a clean quiet private retreat I found my self loosing track of time enjoying the gazebo while enjoying a cup of provided coffee they had a grill that was no compromise I made a killer steak that I bought at a near by butcher shop also a back yard that you can only see in a landscape showroom or a national park it was breathtaking to share with my Bride while we hit reset on our busy lives I originally booked because it was the first listing that popped up for the area but I am sure glad I did between the gift basket and the bath robes and the sleep number bed I didn’t wanna leave and the artwork that is hanging on the walls was so beautiful I took pictures to share with some friends !! This was worth every penny if I will try to reserve everytime I visit sun city in future !!
