• Beautiful and Calming Retreat

  Thank you, Sue, David and Becky, what a gorgeous home with everything I needed. The home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking my meals. The bed was very comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. The backyard was spectacular with all of the greenery, plants and trees. I really enjoyed the mornings sitting in the gazebo watching the birds, butterflies and quails.

  I loved that there are many stores, restaurants and activities close by. The hosts were wonderful in getting back with me when I had questions. I would highly recommend this as a destination you want to visit. I plan to return again soon.

• Better than I expected

  In short it was above my expectations it was a clean quiet private retreat I found my self loosing track of time enjoying the gazebo while enjoying a cup of provided coffee they had a grill that was no compromise I made a killer steak that I bought at a near by butcher shop also a back yard that you can only see in a landscape showroom or a national park it was breathtaking to share with my Bride while we hit reset on our busy lives I originally booked because it was the first listing that popped up for the area but I am sure glad I did between the gift basket and the bath robes and the sleep number bed I didn’t wanna leave and the artwork that is hanging on the walls was so beautiful I took pictures to share with some friends !! This was worth every penny if I will try to reserve everytime I visit sun city in future !!

• Quaint 2 Night Stay

  My family and I had a very pleasant experience staying at the Quail Rest Retreat. The communication between the onsite host and myself was seamless. Also, would add they were very kind and responsive. The whole house was very clean and welcoming, and the welcome basket was so cute and not expected but a really nice touch.

  Being from the east coast it was so nice to be able to enjoy some dry, fresh air while relaxing under the spacious gazebo with the awesome night lighting. The yard was super private and quiet. We also really enjoyed being able to BBQ and utilize the option of the griddle (like the very popular Blackstone) for our breakfasts was a fabulous touch.

  The beds were very comfortable and we all were able to get wonderful rest. The luxury robes that were provided were also a wonderful touch to lounge in while we played some provided family games.

  My family and I would absolutely stay here again on our next adventure to beautiful AZ!

• Quail Rest Retreat - true to its name!

  This home is so special, and so unique to the area. Where else will you find a moderately priced rental like this where you can enjoy a nature sanctuary that offers so many unique elements of Arizona? I haven't found another. The hosts really make you feel welcome with personal touches and all the little things that make this place feel like home.

  Some properties fall short of what you see in photos, but this one hits the mark, a true gem. The gazebo really sets this place apart, a retreat within a retreat.

• A beautiful retreat!

  What a beautiful place! Everything looks brand new, the welcome basket was such a wonderful gesture. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was peaceful and truly private, and to have a botanical garden for a backyard is so awesome! I didn't know this, but Quail Rest is actually a certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation! Really loved the luxury robes and the sleep number bed. The colors and the southwest decor were perfect. I especially liked the little cantina, and having my morning coffee in the gazebo. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
