3/5 1. The central air in home did not work, house was 90 degrees upon entry into home. When AC was turned on only produced warm air, did not produce cool air. Attempted contact, with no answer the first time, sent email - no reply. Called again and was informed the AC did not work and had to use the portable units, was not familiar with these types of units.2. No instructions for the TV and unable to watch local news or national news.3. Ice maker had no water source, therefore was unable to produce ice and had to purchase ice during stay.

Home in Show Low
4/5 Mother and I loved the home in which we stayed, beautiful layout, beautiful style, very comfortable. Just a few things that we found that we an ivconviencene.
1. Upon on entering the home the temp in the home was 90 degrees. The HVAC did not work, the home had portable units which we were not familiar with. After a two calls and an email to the unit manager that was straightened out.
2. The water source to the refrigerator ice make is not connected, therefore had to purchase ice, was not pleased with this inconvenience, especially after driving for 16 hours.
3. The television is a smart tv and not cable is not available to view local news or national news, and difficulty for an elderly person to navigate and no instructions for use.

5/5 arrived early found key box no problems opening home was in excellent shape all clean and ready for us. A/C unIts worked well a little noisy but needed. The appliances all worked well and said hello to the our neighbors. The ease of getting back and forth to White Mountain Road was great. Sara and I enjoyed.
Beautiful Home
5/5 Came up North to enjoy a quiet, relaxing Birthday weekend, & we did just that!!! Thank you for sharing you beautiful home. It was decorated lovely, fully stocked with all that we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit & all the amenities. The weather was beautiful, even a little rain. We had a great time!! Will definitely be rent this home next time we come up from the valley!!
