Great location, logistic problems
3/5 The apartment was wonderfully laid out, and accessible for those with limited mobility. Perfect location so close to the Red Rocks and only 10 minutes outside of Sedona. There were some issues, as the code we were given did not work. As visitors from out of country we could not call Evolve. But thankfully helpful neighbors of the rental leant us phones and the code was reset. There also appeared to be a double booking as another group had the rental booked on our 2nd day.

- We provide a phone number and email address for our guest contact in case of any issues, and we appreciate you reaching out. Upon receiving your communication, we promptly reset the code within minutes, ensuring easy access to the condo.
- Regarding the double booking, this was an unfortunate mistake made by the other group. Evolve checked their booking records and found that the group had canceled their stay previously, resulting in your booking coming in for their previously reserved dates. Sadly, this was beyond our control.

4/5 Nice condo located walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Nice pool. The hot tub wasn’t working by the pool. Could have used a few more towels. Beds were comfortable.
