My husband and I stayed in Sedona for a few days. This property on the West side was a great find. It was perfect to sleep at after hiking all day. We were confused with the patio restrictions, as we got back to the house often when it was 'closed'. The last night we were there the people in the unit above us got in late and partied very loudly until 2-3 am.

From the owners: "We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay for the most part!
-We wish you had reached out to us about the group that had a party. Parties are a violation of our house rules and we would have been happy to address this directly as it was happening!
-The patio restrictions are in place to prevent parties as well. Sedona does shut down around 8 pm.
We hope you'll stay with us again and that you'll reach out to us during your stay using the provided guest contact information if there is any way we can make your stay better!"
