Wonderful home!
4/5 Great location and great view of the red rocks! Pictures are accurate and the home is clean. Do note that the downstairs is a separate rental as noted on the site, but you should know that you can hear the occupants thru the floor. Lastly, there are notes throughout the house w/ hot tub instructions and there isnt one.

Great family vacation
5/5 This is a great location for everything you might want to do in Sedona. It's very close to shopping and dining, and less than 10 minutes from the main downtown area of Sedona.
The home was perfect for our party of 8. Which included a dog and two young children. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and very comfortable seating in the family room and a nice big table for eating or playing family games.
There were thoughtful touches like condiments in the kitchen and shampoo, shower gel, moisturizing lotion and such like in the bathrooms.
Basha's grocery store was a few minutes away for anything you might like to pick up.
The kitchen was well laid out and a great size for cooking or eating take-out.
The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows maximized the breathtaking scenery, and although a little chilly in December, we still enjoyed the outside grill and fire pit. This would be fabulous in the spring/summer.
We look forward to returning soon, and would highly recommend for either families or groups of friends looking to chill out and enjoy this lovely home.
