Three Day Weekend
4/5 The facility was large and clean. However, the number of beds was not the number stated on the website, and the light in the living area was poor. The fireplace was behind the living area, so it could not really be enjoyed.

Family getaway
4/5 We liked the property a lot. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for our family group of 10. The kitchen is large and well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. We enjoyed the hot top after long hikes, especially at sunset. The pool table and other games were well used. The owner was responsive when a few issues occurred when we checked in. While there are 6 sleeping spaces, we were surprised that access to the downstairs bedrooms is by way of a stairway inside the master bedroom. Also, there are very few lights, especially in the living/dining room--which are large spaces. When we inquired about these, the owner picked up some floor lamps and a temporary curtain for the master bedroom. The large downstairs bedroom has ample room but again insufficient lighting. Overall we recommend this house despite these quirks which the owner tried to remedy. Sedona is a glorious place to visit.
