Beautiful red rocks
4/5 We enjoyed the beautiful view of the red rocks, location to awesome trails, and outdoor area! Easy check in, clean property and hot tub (although hot tub showing it’s age). Overall great and peaceful stay…only downside was manual gate to property but by no means a deal breaker.

Wonderful Home Base for first time to Sedona
5/5 Our family, including two teens, enjoyed three spring break days in March.
The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub and nice views. Beds were good and the bathroom was large enough to handle four people rotating through.
The location was quite convenient to our daily hikes in West Sedona and an easy 2-3 miles from the main road. We all appreciated how relaxing it was at the end of our day to sit on the deck, in the living room or in the hot tub.
The internet was a bit slow, but not a problem for us and probably true of the whole area.
The kitchen and BBQ were so good that we cancelled two dinners out to stay and cook for ourselves.
A great set up that we would recommend.
