Great Location
4/5 Agave House is in a great location, close to everything you would want to do in Scottsdale. This unit also has a great parking spot that is super close to the unit. Agave House is updated in a modern stylish way, and the complex has a nice pool and hot tub, which they keep nice and hot. The main issue with the place is that there is very apparent wear and tear from years of rental use. There is missing floor trim, scratches on the walls, and the coffee table is barely being held together with some screws. A coat of paint and a few repairs would go a long way to make this place awesome again. The beds are very comfortable and all other furnishings worked fine for us. The unit does have all hard floors, which need a deep scrub, as we had to wear shoes, because our socks or feet would get very dirty walking around the unit. The manager was very responsive with any needs or concerns we had, and was very friendly. All in all, we would stay here again, with the hope that some, or most, of these things have been addressed.

Location, Location, Location!
4/5 This property is located in the sprawling Maya condominuim complex less than a mile from the best dining and nightlife Scottsdale offers. The property is clean and comfortable, but does show the wear & tear of a unit in a building that is 50-60 years old. This was our first stay at this particular unit and third overall in the complex. It's one of the last complex if not the last which allows short term rentals. Thanks for hosting us!

Location, Location, Location
4/5 This unit is located just a click away from the best dining and nightlife in all of Scottsdale. It's also just a short walk to the Fashion Square Mall and canal trail which is great for a morning walk before you start partying at the pool. Speaking of the pool, get there early as there are less than 20 chairs. The Agave House is located within Maya Condominum complex which was constructed in the 60's. The unit itself is equipped with everything one needs while on vacation and the beds are comfortable. However there is general wear and tear throughout including the bathroom sink and light fixtures, both of which - need attention. We had an issue (the complex hot tub was not working during our stay) and the owner was incredibly responsive and provided us with a partial refund to cover the additional resort charges.
