Great place to stay
5/5 The house is very nice (quite new). Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and basic spices. Grill works well and gets quite hot (perfect for steaks). House layout is nice and roomy. Hot tub is a nice touch. Host management service (Evolve) and owners were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. The only downside is there is a bit of road noise from the hiway, but not really noticeable in the 3 bedrooms on the front of the house.

Great base for exploring around Tucson
5/5 The goal of our trip was to explore all around Tucson out as far as the Organ Pipe Nat. Park, Kartchner Caverns and everything in between over 10 days. This house is south of the metro area and provides convenient freeway access.
Inside it is spacious and quite new. The kitchen is well appointed with a variety of cooking utensils, storage containers, basic spices and a few essentials such as flour and sugar. We stocked up on food and cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners here. The grill gets good and hot (perfect for searing steaks).
After a long day of driving and hiking, relaxing in the hot tub is great. The living room provides plenty of seating space and the high back couches are very comfortable. The TVs are large and the internet service is good (100Mb/s speed).
The beds are quite comfortable. There are also night lights (which is a nice touch in a strange house).
There is some road noise due to the proximity to the highway. However, in most of the bedrooms it is not objectionable.
We highly recommend this house.
