We had amazing time in Prescott at this beautiful historical house!! 5 of us girlfriends getting together having a fun time! The Beautiful house was very close to Whiskey Row & all the Restaurants & shops! We all had a great time & we definitely would stay again in the charming house!
Very nice home in the historic district of Prescott. The home has been carefully updated to retain its period charm. Very clean. Nicely maintained. Not a lot of personal storage so take your dorm room shower caddy. Very convenient location. Very nice neighborhood. We would stay again.
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Prescott. If you love old houses you will love this one. Close to everything. Very very quiet neighborhood. We even had the pleasant surprise of a group of javelina grazing in the front yard one evening. If you do not like old homes it may not be your cup of tea. Very bright and lots of windows.

Absolutely loved this adorable historic home. I didn't want to leave. What an amazing location. Exactly what you see in the pics. I was happy with the cleanliness of the house. The house has everything you need. The beds are super comfy. The only suggestion I would give is installing a fan in the living room for warm days. That's it! A total Ace!

This house was perfect for me an 5 other teammates for a softball tournament in Prescott, AZ. Great location (watch the driveway entrance if you have a larger vehicle) and a neighbor who is very nice. Chuck even came and watch some of our games. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property in this beautiful area.
