  Overall the stay was nice. Wish the pool was heated. We had no WiFi at the property for the whole time we were staying there. The issue could not be resolved since the internet company couldn’t come right away. I was hoping for some kind of compensation for the time and trouble. Unfortunately Evolve that hosted the property did not feel it’s granted.

  -We responded to the internet issue immediately and spent nearly an hour troubleshooting alongside the guest and Cox Internet. Cox confirmed a strong Wifi connection, as evidenced by all the smart TVs functioning properly. Cox also offered to send a technician the next day during the guest’s stay, but this offer was declined.
  
  -We spoke with the guest directly, apologized for the inconvenience, and inquired if there was anything further we could do. Based on our understanding, the guest's company computers may have had security restrictions preventing access to certain networks, which is not uncommon in the healthcare field. To date, no other guests have reported issues with the Wifi.
  
  -The pool is heated and functioning as expected. As outlined in the property description, guests are required to request pool heating in advance so the water can be warmed prior to arrival. Unfortunately, no such request was made in this instance. We encourage our guests to review the property’s amenities in detail to ensure it meets their expectations.
  
  -On behalf of the Evolve team, we conducted a thorough review of your concerns and determined that the reported issues do not warrant the requested refund. The internet provider confirmed that the Wi-Fi was active and functioning without service interruptions during your stay, and all smart TVs were operational, indicating a stable connection. While we understand the importance of reliable internet access and regret any inconvenience you experienced, the evidence does not substantiate a service failure to justify a refund.
  
  As highlighted by other guest feedback, the owner consistently delivers exceptional 5-star experiences. We are confident they will maintain this high standard moving forward.

  I had an amazing stay!! The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with great Mountain View’s.

  The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy and providing great recommendations for the area.

  I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. I can’t wait to come back!

  The property was nice for the family. The pool was our favorite. You’re in close proximity to hiking, golf, shopping and restaurants.

  The check in instruction were easy to follow.
