    This home is an excellent option for those looking for a wonderful rental experience in the North Phoenix area. We have stayed in vacation homes for 10 years and this home is the very best – because of the quality of the accommodations and the attention Carol (owner) devotes to the details that make for an exceptional experience. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a very spacious open concept living/family/kitchen area, with a very spacious master suite. All the linens, bath towels, pillows, etc. are very good quality. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the home) is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, coffee maker, knives, silverware, dishes, and glass ware, for those who like to cook rather than going out to eat every meal. There is a large cement paver patio surrounded by well maintained landscaping. For those who need to use their computers and other electronics the home has great WiFi – with several televisions throughout. This is our 3rd year staying in a home owned by Carol and we will certainly return in the future.
