Perfect spot
5/5 Went to a conference at the convention center with 3 others. House was well kept. Clean and updated. It is located close to the airport and downtown. Slept decent in the beds.
Some houses in the area are not kept up. The house backs up to SR51 but noise wasn't a problem for us. The driveway access was a little off. Ramp by curb not lined up with the car port so be careful pulling in and backing out. Would stay here again for work in the downtown area.

Phoenix stay
5/5 The stay was comfortable, location was convenient for all activities,.The amenities were excellent, and the Kitchen was well-equipped. Joel helped us at every step. Certainly would recommend this place.
