• A wonderful little apartment

  It is very private and quiet. The neighborhood is nice, with little traffic. Being able to cook saved us over 400. For breakfast, we had omelets and toasted bagels every morning. The bed was very comfortable, and the patio was a nice place to sit. Be warned: Prince the cat may jump down from the brick wall and startle you. He came around often for a scratch behind the ears. This was our first time using a rental apartment, and we will do it again in the same place if we can. I rode my bike each morning to get supplies for the day, and it was a 5-minute ride. We also enjoyed the canal path just to the south on Alma School Rd.

  It is a very cute and quaint property. There were things that were not available that we feel would improve the experience. Some of the things were: no dish soap or dish cloths/towels for kitchen use, limited kitchen utensils but plenty of pots and pans, the microwave blew a circuit the second time we used it, only over head lighting-a table lamp would have helped. The bathroom/shower is amazing-however there are no bars or handle in the shower, leave more than 1 exra roll of toilet paper. Again I want to emphasize that these items would have added to our experience and did not create a negative experience for us in any way. We have talked to Kim, the owner, and she said she would look into these suggestions. [We are the first booking for Kim and this property] We would not hesitate to book this property again and we would recommend it to others.
