• Comfortable stay

  We were a group of six adults. The house was comfortable and nice to come back to after a long day of touring. However, the towels and bedding are starting to look grey and some stained. One towel in particular had brown streaks on it. We ended up washing all the towels we planned to use and the brown streaks came out. There was only one dish towel, one wash cloth in each bathroom, Kleenex boxes were almost empty. Basic supplies seemed to be a bare minimum compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Garbage bins were stuffed so full we wouldn’t have had room for any of our garbage. Thankfully, garbage pick up was a couple days after we arrived.Also, we were surprised that a refrigerator which was in the garage had been removed while we were away for the day. No one contacted us to advise someone was going to enter the place. This was a little disturbing.

• Awesome family home

  Overall a great experience for our family. Property was lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Only confusing thing was that one of the twin beds was a loose mattress in a closet, so that was an odd sleeping arrangement when we wanted to spread out.

  If it weren't for the cheap mattresses and less than adequately stocked kitchen and no BBQ and non-helpful management, the home would be quite nice.

  – The mattresses in the home, including a high-quality Westin mattress in the primary bedroom, were chosen to suit a wide range of guest preferences. While mattress comfort is subjective, we’re sorry they didn’t meet your taste.
  – We ordered new bowls and knives immediately after being made aware of your concerns about the kitchen supplies. These updates have already been made to better serve future guests.
  – A BBQ is not listed as an amenity for the property. We encourage all guests to review the listing carefully to ensure the home meets their needs before booking.
  – As soon as your concerns were brought to our attention, we sent someone out to address them promptly.
