    The house was what we needed. We were there for a car show and spent only a few hours per day in the house.

    The kitchen was lacking in basics and the cooking pans need to be replaced. We spent more time cleaning pans than cooking in them.

    The house seemed clean in the places it needed to be like bed, bath & Kitchen. It was dusty and there weren't basics like tin foil and plastic wrap. Clean the windows. Those big beautiful windows need to be cleaned.

    EVOLVE ignored my requests prior to renting.

    garage was filthy. back patio and yard were messy.

    I would rent the house again because it was a great price and it had most everything we needed for what we were doing.

    Owner's response: "Janet, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.

    - We are glad that the house checked most of the boxes and you had a pleasant trip, we've made a few changes thanks to your suggestions.
    - We have purchased new pots and pans for the kitchen, and the rest of the cookware is up to date.
    - Sorry about the yard, you were here just before our yard crew was out for their monthly service.
    - We are in the process of changing cleaning companies due to the amount of issues with the current cleaners. With this change, we hope to ensure things will be 100% clean and sanitized for all our guests.

    We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we are known for."

  • Nice house, not so helpful owner

    My group didn't have a huge problem with our stay, the house was clean and had a great location. There is a set of french doors that lead to the patio that wouldn't lock. I texted the guest contact who didn't respond until the next day. He blamed it being a holiday and offered no solutions to the issue and then stopped responding. My group did feel unsafe without this area locking and I expressed my concern to him. With A/C only in two rooms, the house can get warm.

    It was a nice stay other than the doors that didn't lock.

Our handyman was unavailable due to the Fourth of July weekend, but please know that we are diligently addressing the problem to ensure that the security of the property is fully restored.

    We also want to thank you for your understanding about the Air conditioning situation. As you mentioned, our rental page does indicate that the house has Air conditioning available in two rooms.   • Could be a great place to stay but....

    The house is in a wonderful location, layout is ideal for 6+ people and the porch is awsm.

    This property has been a rental for over 10 years ( neighbor told us ). The house itself and outside property needs some serious TLC. The exorbitant cleaning fee we are charged is not reflected by any part of either the interior or exterior of this rental. We have submitted pictures to the rental company and hopefully they can put some sparkle back into this gem of a property. We recommend reaching out to rental company before staying at this property to see if they have made any improvements.
