• Great Family Gathering Place

  We had seven overnighters and a few daytime visitors during our stay. The pool was great! The backyard made it easy for everyone to hang out and have fun. There are plenty of chairs and tables, plus Corn Hole and a putting ramp. We played lots of Corn Hole and enjoyed the pool on the nearly 100 degree days. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of linens for everyone (including pool towels). The kitchen was well appointed as well. This is the place for a family gathering.

• Great Family Gathering

  We had seven adults in our group. The house was perfect. It was nice having so many beds and three showers.

  The place was immaculate, with plenty of linens, including pool towels.

  We spent lots of time in the beautiful backyard. There were plenty of places to hang out, with lots of nice pool furniture. We enjoyed the pool every day.

  The kitchen was well appointed. With everything we needed to make our meals.

  I highly recommend this house for large groups.

• Beautiful home, great host!

  The home is an older house but I personally love that. It gave old homey vibes and made me feel right at home while staying there. The carpets were really clean and I almost didn’t want to wear shoes in the rooms lol the showers had shampoo/conditioner which was thoughtful. There were outlets on the couch to charge your phone and charging pads in the rooms as well in case you forgot your charger. The best thing about the home was the terrace when you first enter. Absolutely loved that I could sit there yet still be apart of everything going on inside. Cody was quick to respond and communicated very well. I appreciated that he offered to take us on his boat which was really nice because we did not have any water toys for the weekend. His rates we affordable and proved to be the highlight of the weekend especially for the kids. All in all my friends and I all agreed we would book this home every time we come to lake Havasu!

• A Wonderful Place to Stay!

  This place has all the charm. The location was perfect. Lake Havasu City has a lot of great places to eat and shop, but this place was so comfortable, we found ourselves staying in to enjoy the backyard and gorgeous views. I highly recommend.

• 2024 spring break

  We stayed at “bikini bottom” with our family of 5 and our sisters family of 4 and had the best experience imaginable. The house is located just 5 minutes from the town and beautiful lake front Rotary park for the kids to play at. We walked there multiple days because it was so close and we could watch the big boats cruise the canal and check out the real London Bridge! There is a really great pool at the house with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains so you get to sit and watch the sunsets.

  The WiFi worked great and the kids could watch cartoons in the morning while we cooked breakfast and prepped meals in the fully functional and well stocked kitchen. There’s even a foos ball table which was a big hit for the kids (and parents). There are three queen bedrooms and a great bunk room for the kids that allowed us plenty of privacy.

  We had a really amazing stay and had plenty of room for our large group and made some memories that we’ll be thinking of until next year! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
