Family vacation
5/5 We had a lovely time enjoying our family before my son is deployed. This was a perfect home that slept everyone comfortably with everything needed.

Broke shoulder
1/5 I am 68 years old. Literally 5 minutes from arriving i fell over a step that was clearly marked. Landed on ceramic tile an broke my right shoulder. I am right handed ans cannot do anything with my left hand. Including going to the bathroom and feeding myself. An ambulance ride and 5 hours in the er later. I have a sling am told will take 6 weeks to heal. I have already missed 3 days of work and anticipate more. We are headed home to Ft Wotth Tx. 20 hrs in the car is killing me. I haven't been out of the house since arriving on Sunday. I have contacted both the host and property manager multiple times and have heard nothing further. I plan to file a formal claim an ig forced to will hire a laywer. No i did not enjoy my stay
Fortunately the rest of my family except my husband enjoyed the stay

Worked great
5/5 Our family had a great stay. There were enough beds and sleeping options to fit all of us. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the outdoor tv, and pool table and BBQ. Nice touch with the patio lighting ambiance and gas fire pit too. The swimming pool was too cold to use but the hot tub was warm!
