Havasu Gem
5/5 We typically go to Lake Havasu during the warmer months, however our friends live there and we all wanted to get together for New Years. This house was nearby to them and as soon as we drove up we knew it would be nice! Very pretty curb appeal. Large, well laid out, clean home. We were too busy with nearby activities to use the pool but we definitely would have otherwise, because it looked very pretty and clean. They did a nice job with the backyard. The house had everything you would need from a coffee machine to pool towels! This house was so easy to come and go from. The home is nearby to the Lake where we had dinner, went ice skating, and rode bikes to from nearby Rotary Park for snow cones. We also went to the Speedway which was an absolute blast! Nearby also is the Bunker Bar where we drove out to and the laid back Hanger, both offering live music food and beverages. This home is great for adults, teens and children. I would stay again! Great proximity to everything Havasu!

Very Nice Home
5/5 This was the perfect vacation home for our family. The house is very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice to jump in after being on the lake all day. The communication with Dennis was excellent. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

5/5 Dennis was absolutely wonderful to work with. He always returned my phone calls or text's promptly! Loved this property and it fit our needs in everyway possible. Would we go back ? In a heartbeat ! Thank you

Great Home !
5/5 This property fit us perfectly ! We did not use the pool as it was extra $ to heat but we used the hot tub daily ! What a great layout of this house ! Everything from the checking in to our departure was wonderful ~ our only regrets was we didnt stay long enough !
